Pressure Cleaning Logan
In Logan a lot of the pressure cleaning is tied to somebody looking at the property: an exit inspection, a pre-listing tidy-up, or a routine inspection where the agent has flagged the driveway. Those jobs run to a date, so they get booked to it. The rest is family homes through Springwood, Shailer Park, Browns Plains and Beenleigh where the drive and the entertaining area have gone green over a couple of wet seasons, and unit and townhouse complexes where the common paths and the bin area are the body corporate's problem rather than any one owner's.
Mon to Sun, 7:00am – 9:00pm — weekends included at no extra charge

What we get called out for in Logan
- Driveways, paths and carports cleaned ahead of an exit or routine inspection, with photos for the agent
- Pre-listing exterior cleans, where the driveway and entry are the first thing in the listing photographs
- Townhouse and unit complex common paths, driveways and bin areas, quoted per complex for the body corporate
The method itself is the same wherever we take it — the full pressure cleaning process is set out on the service page, and everything we cover in this region is on the Logan page.

Pressure Cleaning in Logan — your questions
Anything not covered here, message us and we’ll answer in plain English.
Ask on WhatsAppThe agent flagged the driveway on the inspection report. How fast can you come?
Usually within a few days, and often sooner — Logan is close to base and driveways are quick jobs. Give us the inspection date when you call and we will work back from it. We photograph before and after, which is generally what settles the item on the report.
We are selling. Is it worth doing before the photos?
It is one of the cheapest things you can do before a listing shoot. The driveway and the entry path are in the first photograph of nearly every listing, and a black driveway reads as a neglected house before anybody has looked at the kitchen. It is a half-day job on a typical Logan block.
Why does the mould come straight back after a pressure clean?
Because pressure alone only knocks the top off it. Most of what looks like dirt on Queensland concrete is biological — mould, algae and lichen living on moisture in the shade — and the root system stays in the surface after the visible growth is blasted away. We put a treatment down that kills it first and then wash, which is why our work stays clean noticeably longer than a wash on its own.
Will pressure cleaning damage my pavers, sandstone or render?
It will if the pressure is wrong, and this is where most damage happens. Full pressure strips render, destroys sandstone, forces water behind cladding and blows the sand straight out of paver joints. We match the pressure and the method to the surface, and re-sand paver joints afterwards where the wash has opened them up.
