Graffiti Removal Logan

In Logan the calls come from suburban shopping precincts, community facilities and body corporate property. Roller doors and rear service areas behind the shops at Browns Plains, Springwood, Woodridge and Beenleigh; community centre and sporting club walls; and the car parks, fences and bin enclosures of townhouse complexes. Roller doors are the most common single surface, and they are the easiest of all of them to get right — a sealed painted steel surface usually takes a solvent gel and a low-pressure rinse and comes back completely, provided nobody has already attacked it with a wire brush.

FAQs

Graffiti Removal in Logan — your questions

Anything not covered here, message us and we’ll answer in plain English.

Ask on WhatsApp
Can a tagged roller door be cleaned rather than repainted?

Almost always, and it is much cheaper than repainting. A powder-coated or painted steel door is a sealed surface, so the paint has not soaked in — a solvent gel and a low-pressure rinse takes it off and leaves the door's own finish intact. The exception is a door somebody has already scrubbed with an abrasive, because that damage is in the door's coating rather than in the tag.

Do you handle repeat call-outs for a complex?

Yes, on account, so the body corporate or the manager does not need to raise a new order every time. Each attendance is photographed, which gives the committee a record and makes it easy to show an insurer or the council a pattern if one is developing.

How quickly can you remove graffiti?

We treat it as urgent and work seven days on it, usually attending within a day or two. Speed genuinely changes the result: fresh paint has not fully cured into the substrate and comes off far more completely, and a tag left up attracts more tags. If it is on a shopfront or a body corporate frontage, tell us and we will prioritise it.

Can graffiti be removed from brick without leaving a mark?

Usually, with the right method. Porous brick, block and unsealed concrete have absorbed pigment below the surface, so it has to be drawn back out with a poultice. What leaves a permanent mark is pressure: blasting porous masonry takes the weathered face off the brick and leaves a light patch that looks worse than the tag did. We test out of sight first on anything we have not seen before.
