What graffiti removal actually involves
Speed matters with graffiti, for two reasons: fresh paint has not fully cured into the substrate and comes off far more completely, and a tag that stays up attracts more. We work seven days for this one and prioritise it accordingly.
The substrate decides the method. Sealed or painted surfaces and roller doors usually take a solvent gel and a low-pressure rinse. Porous brick, block and unsealed concrete have absorbed pigment below the surface, which needs a poultice that draws it back out — pressure alone on porous brick just blasts the face off the masonry and leaves a permanent light patch that looks worse than the tag.
Where a surface has been hit repeatedly, an anti-graffiti coating is worth costing. It gives you a sacrificial layer, so the next tag washes off in minutes rather than needing us back out.
We work for body corporates, schools, councils and business owners, and we can invoice on account if you need repeat call-outs handled without a purchase order each time.

We treat it as urgent and work seven days on it, usually attending within a day or two. Speed genuinely changes the result: fresh paint has not fully cured into the substrate and comes off far more completely, and a tag left up attracts more tags. If it is on a shopfront or a body corporate frontage, tell us and we will prioritise it.
Can graffiti be removed from brick without leaving a mark?
Usually, with the right method. Porous brick, block and unsealed concrete have absorbed pigment below the surface, so it has to be drawn back out with a poultice. What leaves a permanent mark is pressure: blasting porous masonry takes the weathered face off the brick and leaves a light patch that looks worse than the tag did. We test out of sight first on anything we have not seen before.
Is an anti-graffiti coating worth it?
On a surface that has been hit more than once, yes. It gives you a sacrificial layer, so the next tag washes off in minutes instead of needing a call-out and a poultice. We quote it as an option and let you weigh it against how often the wall is being hit.
Can you invoice a body corporate or council on account?
Yes. Repeat call-outs are handled on account so each one does not need a fresh purchase order, and we provide a photo record of every attendance for insurance, council or committee reporting.
