Window Cleaning Brisbane
Brisbane housing stock makes this a more varied job than people expect. A Queenslander has casements, louvres and a lot of small panes with timber between them, and every one of those frames has to be done or the next storm washes it straight back over the glass. A river-side apartment is the opposite: a handful of enormous sliders and a balcony balustrade, where the access matters more than the glass area. Then there is commercial — shopfronts and office glass through the CBD, Fortitude Valley and the suburban strips, which is judged from the footpath every single day.
Mon to Sun, 7:00am – 9:00pm — weekends included at no extra charge

What we get called out for in Brisbane
- Queenslander casements, louvres and timber frames, where the frames take longer than the glass and cannot be skipped
- Apartment sliders and balcony balustrades in the inner-city towers, with access arranged through building management
- Shopfronts and office glass through the CBD, Fortitude Valley and the suburban retail strips, on a regular cycle if you want one
The method itself is the same wherever we take it — the full window cleaning process is set out on the service page, and everything we cover in this region is on the Brisbane page.

Window Cleaning in Brisbane — your questions
Anything not covered here, message us and we’ll answer in plain English.
Ask on WhatsAppDo you clean louvres? Most people will not.
Yes. They are slow — every blade has two sides and the frames between them collect everything — so they are priced for the time they take rather than counted as one window. But a Queenslander with clean glass and dirty louvres looks worse than one nobody touched, so we would rather quote them properly than leave them out.
Can you do our shopfront regularly rather than one-off?
Yes, and shopfronts are the one place a regular cycle genuinely pays — glass on a busy footpath is judged every day, and a fortnightly or monthly clean costs less each visit than an occasional deep one. We invoice on account so repeat visits do not need a new order each time.
Do you clean the frames, tracks and flyscreens too?
Yes, as part of the job rather than as an extra. It is the difference that lasts: clean the glass, leave the frame dirty, and the first rain washes the frame down over the pane and you are back where you started. Flyscreens come off, get washed separately so they cannot re-dirty the glass, and go back on.
Can you reach upstairs windows without ladders?
We use a water-fed pole for upper storeys, so nothing leans against your render or gutters. It runs purified water, which is what lets the glass dry without spotting — there is nothing dissolved in it to leave behind. Genuine high-rise work above pole height is not something we take on.
