Carpet Cleaning Brisbane
Brisbane carpet has one problem the rest of South East Queensland has in a milder form: humidity. A carpet that has been over-wet on a February afternoon will still be damp two days later, and damp underlay in this climate grows exactly what you would expect. That is a question of extraction rather than of drying time, and it is why we pull the water back out hard enough that the carpet is damp rather than wet. The work itself splits between apartments through the inner suburbs, family homes out through Carindale, Chermside and The Gap, and office carpet in the CBD and Fortitude Valley done after close.
Mon to Sun, 7:00am – 9:00pm — weekends included at no extra charge

What we get called out for in Brisbane
- Apartment carpet in the inner suburbs, where lift access and parking have to be arranged with the building before the day
- Office and tenancy carpet through the CBD, Fortitude Valley and Newstead, cleaned after close so no desk loses a working day
- Family homes out through Carindale, Chermside, Indooroopilly and The Gap, with traffic lanes and entry areas treated separately
The method itself is the same wherever we take it — the full carpet cleaning process is set out on the service page, and everything we cover in this region is on the Brisbane page.

Carpet Cleaning in Brisbane — your questions
Anything not covered here, message us and we’ll answer in plain English.
Ask on WhatsAppWill the carpet dry properly in Brisbane humidity?
Yes, if it is extracted properly in the first place. Four to eight hours is normal here, and in a very humid week it goes to the longer end of that. Leave the ceiling fans on and a window cracked and it will be fine. If a cleaner leaves your carpet soaking, that is under-extraction, not humidity — and in this climate it is how you end up with a smell that was not there before.
Can you clean office carpet outside business hours?
That is how most of our commercial carpet work is done. We book after close or overnight, work through the floor so nothing is unavailable in the morning, and complete any site induction or sign-in your building requires beforehand rather than on the night. Brisbane CBD and Fortitude Valley buildings are the ones we do this in most often.
Is your carpet cleaning accepted for a bond clean in Queensland?
Property managers generally want two things: the carpets professionally cleaned, and evidence of it. We do both — hot-water extraction, which is the method carpet manufacturers specify, and a written record with before-and-after photos you can hand straight to the agent. Tell us the exit inspection date when you book and we will work to it. We clean the carpets and hard floors; we are not a full bond-clean company doing ovens and windows to a checklist.
How long does carpet take to dry?
About four to eight hours in most Queensland homes. That range is a function of extraction, not of time — we pull enough water back out that the carpet is damp rather than wet. If a carpet is still soaking the next morning, it was under-extracted, not badly dried. Humidity and airflow move the number, so on a wet week we will tell you to leave the fans on.
