Window Cleaning Gold Coast
This is the region where window cleaning is genuinely a different job. Salt bonds to glass within sight of the water, and an ordinary wash smears it into a haze rather than removing it — which is why so many Gold Coast owners think their glass is permanently cloudy. It shows worst on glass balustrades, pool fencing and the big west-facing panes in the towers, where the afternoon sun lights up every mark. Getting it off needs a solution with dwell time rather than more pressure, and once it is done, purified water and a squeegee leave nothing behind to dry back into a film.
Mon to Sun, 7:00am – 9:00pm — weekends included at no extra charge

What we get called out for in Gold Coast
- Salt film lifted off glass balustrades, pool fencing and apartment sliders rather than smeared into a haze
- Frames, tracks and sills done as part of the job, because coastal tracks fill with salt and sand faster than anywhere else
- Holiday-let and short-stay glass turned around between guests, alongside the balcony tile where it is booked together
The method itself is the same wherever we take it — the full window cleaning process is set out on the service page, and everything we cover in this region is on the Gold Coast page.

Window Cleaning in Gold Coast — your questions
Anything not covered here, message us and we’ll answer in plain English.
Ask on WhatsAppOur balustrade always looks cloudy no matter who cleans it. Why?
Salt film, almost certainly. It bonds to the glass rather than sitting on it, so a normal wash lifts some and spreads the rest, and it dries back into exactly the haze you started with. It needs a solution left on long enough to break the bond, and then a purified-water rinse so nothing is left to dry back. It does come off — it just does not come off with a bucket.
Is the cloudiness ever permanent?
Sometimes, and it is worth knowing which you have before you pay anyone. Years of sprinkler run-off or hard water drying on glass etches the surface, and that is physical damage no clean will reverse. Salt film is not damage and comes off entirely. We tell you which one you are looking at before we quote it, rather than cleaning it and then explaining.
Do you clean the frames, tracks and flyscreens too?
Yes, as part of the job rather than as an extra. It is the difference that lasts: clean the glass, leave the frame dirty, and the first rain washes the frame down over the pane and you are back where you started. Flyscreens come off, get washed separately so they cannot re-dirty the glass, and go back on.
Can you reach upstairs windows without ladders?
We use a water-fed pole for upper storeys, so nothing leans against your render or gutters. It runs purified water, which is what lets the glass dry without spotting — there is nothing dissolved in it to leave behind. Genuine high-rise work above pole height is not something we take on.
