Carpet Cleaning Sunshine Coast
Sand is the whole story with Sunshine Coast carpet. It works past the fibre into the backing, where a vacuum has no chance of reaching it, and then it sits there cutting at the base of the pile every time somebody walks across the room. A carpet up here does not usually get dirty so much as it gets sanded from underneath. Hot-water extraction is the only method that gets it out. The other job we do a lot of is the seasonal reset: a holiday home at Noosa, Coolum or Kawana that has been shut for months, or used hard for a fortnight, and needs to be taken back to a baseline rather than tidied.
Mon to Sun, 7:00am – 9:00pm — weekends included at no extra charge

What we get called out for in Sunshine Coast
- Sand lifted out of the carpet backing by extraction, which is the only method that reaches below the pile
- Holiday-home resets between seasons and between long stays, from Caloundra through to Noosa and Tewantin
- Coastal humidity managed with hard extraction and air movement, so a closed-up house does not end up with damp underlay
The method itself is the same wherever we take it — the full carpet cleaning process is set out on the service page, and everything we cover in this region is on the Sunshine Coast page.

Carpet Cleaning in Sunshine Coast — your questions
Anything not covered here, message us and we’ll answer in plain English.
Ask on WhatsAppWe vacuum constantly and the carpet still feels gritty. Why?
Because the sand is below where a vacuum works. Suction pulls what is sitting in and on the pile; the sand that matters has migrated down to the backing, and it stays there until water and extraction take it out. That grit is also why coastal carpet wears out faster than it should — every step grinds it against the base of the fibre.
Can you clean a holiday home while we are not there?
Yes, and most of the properties we do up here are cleaned with nobody home. Arrange access through your managing agent or leave a key safe, and we will send photos of the finished job. It also means we can leave air movers running for longer, which is worth having in a closed-up coastal house.
Is your carpet cleaning accepted for a bond clean in Queensland?
Property managers generally want two things: the carpets professionally cleaned, and evidence of it. We do both — hot-water extraction, which is the method carpet manufacturers specify, and a written record with before-and-after photos you can hand straight to the agent. Tell us the exit inspection date when you book and we will work to it. We clean the carpets and hard floors; we are not a full bond-clean company doing ovens and windows to a checklist.
How long does carpet take to dry?
About four to eight hours in most Queensland homes. That range is a function of extraction, not of time — we pull enough water back out that the carpet is damp rather than wet. If a carpet is still soaking the next morning, it was under-extracted, not badly dried. Humidity and airflow move the number, so on a wet week we will tell you to leave the fans on.
