Commercial floor cleaning in Brisbane
Brisbane is where most of our commercial work is, and the mix is broader than anywhere else we go. Office towers and tenancy floors through the CBD, Fortitude Valley, Newstead and Milton; medical and dental practices across the inner and middle suburbs; childcare centres and schools; retail tenancies in the centres and on the suburban strips; and warehouse and industrial slabs out through Rocklea, Salisbury and Archerfield. The common problem is not dirt, it is access — almost none of these floors can be closed during trading, so almost all of the work happens between close and open.
Mon to Sun, 7:00am – 9:00pm — after hours and overnight by arrangement

The buildings we work in around Brisbane
- Office suites and whole tenancy floors through the CBD, Fortitude Valley, Newstead and Milton
- Medical, dental and allied health practices, where the vinyl has to stay sealed to stay sanitisable
- Childcare centres, kindergartens, schools and community halls, booked into breaks and pupil-free days
- Retail tenancies and centre floors, worked in sections so the shop is never closed
- Warehouse and industrial slabs at Rocklea, Salisbury, Archerfield and Wacol, scrubbed around shift patterns
- Body corporate lobbies, corridors, stairwells and basement car parks in inner-city towers
What each kind of building actually needs — an office corridor versus a warehouse slab versus a childcare room — is set out on the commercial floors page. This page is about Brisbane specifically.
When the work happens in Brisbane
Most Brisbane sites are done between close and open, or across a Friday-to-Monday window where a floor needs several coats and proper curing between them. Site induction and building sign-in are completed beforehand rather than on the night, which is the thing that most often costs a crew an hour at the door.

Commercial work in Brisbane — your questions
Facility managers ask us these most. Anything else, call and ask.
Ask on WhatsAppCan you work in a CBD building with after-hours access restrictions?
Yes, and it is the norm rather than the exception. We complete whatever induction, sign-in and contractor paperwork the building requires ahead of the night, and we book lift and dock access with building management in advance. Turning up on the night without that arranged is the single most common way a commercial job loses an hour before it starts.
Do you provide documentation for our facilities reporting?
You get a written scope of work and a fixed price before we start, product and safety data sheets for anything used on your site, and a before-and-after photo record on completion. We invoice on account, so repeat work does not need a new purchase order each time. Insurance documentation is the one thing we cannot currently provide — ask us about it directly rather than assuming, because some buildings will not grant access without it.
