Commercial floor cleaning in Gold Coast
Gold Coast commercial floors are open when everyone else's are shut, which turns scheduling into the hardest part of the job. Retail along the highway and through the centres trades seven days; hospitality at Broadbeach, Surfers and Burleigh runs late and opens early; and strata buildings never close at all. Add the salt that comes in on every pair of shoes within a few streets of the water and holiday accommodation that turns over on a Saturday, and the result is a lot of small overnight windows rather than a few long ones.
Mon to Sun, 7:00am – 9:00pm — after hours and overnight by arrangement

The buildings we work in around Gold Coast
- Retail tenancies and centre floors from Coomera down to Coolangatta, worked in sections during closed hours
- Restaurants, cafés, clubs and hospitality venues at Broadbeach, Surfers Paradise and Burleigh Heads
- Strata lobbies, corridors, stairwells, podium decks and basement car parks in the residential towers
- Holiday accommodation and short-stay buildings, with common areas scheduled around changeover days
- Medical centres, dental and allied health practices through Southport, Robina and Varsity Lakes
- Gyms, studios and 24-hour fitness sites, done in genuine off-peak windows
What each kind of building actually needs — an office corridor versus a warehouse slab versus a childcare room — is set out on the commercial floors page. This page is about Gold Coast specifically.
When the work happens in Gold Coast
Almost everything here is overnight or in the small hours, and often split across several short nights rather than one long one. Strata work is quoted per building with a photo record for the committee's minutes, and where a lobby or corridor cannot be closed we do it in halves so the building always has a way in.

Commercial work in Gold Coast — your questions
Facility managers ask us these most. Anything else, call and ask.
Ask on WhatsAppOur centre trades seven days. When can the floor actually be done?
Overnight, in sections. We take a defined area, close it off, complete it and hand it back before opening, then take the next area on the next night. It costs more nights than a single shutdown would, but the tenancy never loses a trading day, which on the Gold Coast is almost always the more expensive of the two.
Does the salt air change how a commercial floor is treated?
It changes the preparation. Salt tracked in off the street sits on the bare floor after stripping, and sealer over it does not key properly — it fails early and unevenly, usually right in the entry where it shows most. On coastal sites we neutralise and rinse specifically for that before the first coat, which is a step an inland job does not need.
